Precision machining starts with understanding how parts actually function. From fits, clearances, and tolerances to clamping and part handling, every detail matters when performance, repeatability, and efficiency are on the line. A strong background in toolmaking and mold building provides deep insight into fixturing, machining strategies, and the unique challenges of die castings and molded parts. That experience is put into practice through fully in-house designed and built hydraulic, pneumatic, and manual workholding jigs and fixtures.

Operations are based in Monticello, Minnesota, with convenient access from the Twin Cities along I-94. The facility expanded to 16,000 square feet of fully climate-controlled manufacturing space in 2022, supporting consistent quality and reliable production. In 2025, an additional 10,000 square foot building will come online, bringing total manufacturing space to 26,000 square feet and housing a dedicated Swiss machining division designed to optimize material flow and part handling.

Projects range from single-piece prototypes and R&D work to high-volume production runs. Experience across a wide range of materials—including die castings, steels, stainless steels, aluminum, and plastics—helps ensure each part is machined efficiently, accurately, and ready for production demands.
